Visual Improvement Program
The amount of $140,000 went to continue this very popular and successful redevelopment tool in the eligible City Centerline area. The program is designed to assist in the improvement of commercial or industrial properties by offering rebates of up to 50% of any qualified improvement costs, with most projects receiving funding in the range of $15,000-$30,000. All commercial or industrial properties in the city's Redevelopment Area are eligible. It is estimated this project will generate 5-15 jobs per project. |
