Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:
RFP 10-33 -	Psychological Services for the Police Department
Due:	February 17, 2010, 2:00 PM
	The Police Department is accepting proposals to hire a Psychologist to be used on an “as needed” basis for psychological services. There will be a pre-proposal conference on February 1, 2010 at 9:00 AM local time at the City of Glendale Sine Building Conference Room A, first floor, located at 6829 N. 58th Drive, Glendale, AZ 85301.
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein. Each proposal shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above. The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
