Ioan Pestean left his family residence in the 8800 block of W. Midway this morning to collect aluminum cans in the neighborhood. Ioan’s family members are concerned because he suffers from diabetes and did not have any food or water with him when he left his house.

Ioan who speaks Romanian and also goes by the name of “John” was last seen wearing a white long sleeve button down shirt and grey slacks. He also may be wearing a hat and walking with a cain. Ioan is described to be 5’5”, 180 pounds, with brown eyes, grey thin hair and glasses.
