That the City of Glendale’s Water Quality Laboratory is certified by the Arizona Department of Health Services to perform chemical, physical, and microbiological tests for approximately 70 substances in water? In 2009, our laboratory performed approximately 98% of all our sampling in-house! Recently, the city approved funding for a new GC/MASS Spectrometer which will be used to conduct tests on water to help ensure our compliance with increasingly stringent regulations.
