The Glendale Arts Commission, in collaboration with the Police and Fire Departments, selected Hai Ying Wu of Everett, WA to create an artwork for the new Western Area Public Safety Complex. Mr. Wu has created a slightly larger-than-life bronze sculpture that depicts police and firemen working together in an emergency situation. The dynamic composition is a signature of Mr. Wu’s style.
