On August 29, 2002 Bicente Flores got up to take his normal early morning walk around his neighborhood at 5:00 AM. Bicente was found lying on the side of the roadway near 61 Av and Gardenia the victim of a brutal attack. Bicente was a long time resident in the center of the City of Glendale. Bicente was known by his family as a loving father and grandfather. Bicente’s neighbors knew him as a caring member of the neighborhood, who was often seen walking in the area. As of this time there is no known motive for the murder of Bicente Flores.
