On 8/18/2006 Police Officers responded to a two vehicle accident just south of the area 83rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road. Upon arrival Officers discovered victim Jose Cruz had been shot while driving his vehicle on 83rd Av where he lost control and collided with victim Taya Barrientos who later died from the accident. Investigators are seeking any information that may lead to persons involved in this homicide.
